The staff was competent from arrival to departure. The hotel was in a nice position near to the shopping street as well as all the touristic places. Furthermore, to Cathedral area.

Nice hotel located next to city center and metro station as well as the Altstadt of Köln. Great and stunning location in the town, walk from tourist attractions. A wide range of food options not too far from the venue. Fantastic overall experience.

The location of this place is amazing! It is so close to the city center, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. It was really convenient to have everything within walking distance. The breakfast provided was also a nice addition, with fresh bread and all the basic items. We enjoyed starting our day with a decent meal. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were reasonably large. The bathroom was modern and clean, which was a big plus.
There were a few inconveniences during our stay. One of the windows in our room didn't shut properly, which was a bit frustrating.

i had huge, extremely spacious room complete with a very nice bathroom, good value of money and coffee in recepition from machine. the location was favourable, just walking distance from neumarkt.
